Customer Requirements for Financing

General Requirements (All Customers)

All applicants must provide the following documents:

• A valid form of identification

• A recent utility bill in their name, dated within the last three months

• If the utility bill is not in the customer's name, an authorisation letter and a copy of the ID of the person whose name appears on the bill are required

Note: Bank statements cannot be used as proof of address

• Two references (one relative and one friend), neither of whom should reside with the customer

Employed Customers

• All documents must be dated within the last three months:

• Job letter

• Recent payslip

Self-Employed Customers

• Business registration documents

• Three months of bank statements showing business income or personal income if a separate account is kept

Pensioners

• Pension letter or 1 month bank statement reflecting receipt of pension

Fishermen

• Valid fishing licence

• Proof of boat ownership (if the applicant owns the boat)

• Letter from employer (if working on someone else's boat)

• Three months of bank statements

Vendors

• Valid vending badge

• Three months of bank statements

Taxi Drivers

• Valid Driver's Permit

• Taxi Badge

• Certified copy of vehicle

• Copy of insurance

• Job letter from owner if working vehicle for someone
