Orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 business days of payment of an order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
In an effort to protect our drivers, some areas will be designated for no deliveries.
Before a customer accepts delivery or takes an order home from the store, mini & major appliance products (including refrigeration appliances, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers and some microwaves) should be inspected for defects or damage. If any exist, the customer should refuse to take the product(s) into their possession and contact Cost Savers Limited immediately.

COST SAVERS LIMITED will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within seven days of receipt of the item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and resellable condition. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as mini and major appliances (including refrigeration appliances, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers and some microwaves), living room sets, mattresses, pillows and bed linen.
COST SAVERS LIMITED will happily honour any valid warranty claims.
If the product is damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
COST SAVERS LIMITED will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
